Minimum requirements
Teaching credentials
- B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent teaching degree
- OR 3+ years professional teaching experience
- Subject expertise in your teaching area
Language & communication
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Clear communication with students and parents
- Professional demeanor
Technical setup
- Reliable broadband (20 Mbps+ recommended)
- Laptop or desktop with webcam
- Professional home office or quiet space

Do I need teaching experience?
You need either a teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE) or 3+ years professional experience in your subject area. Subject expertise matters most.
What are the payment terms?
We pay bi-weekly via direct bank transfer to Indian bank accounts (NEFT/IMPS). Rates vary by subject, experience, and student level.
Can I teach from outside India?
Yes. As long as you pass background checks for the jurisdictions where your students are located, you can teach from anywhere.
What if I already have students?
You cannot bring existing students to the platform. We match you with students through our algorithm to ensure fair distribution.
Do you provide curriculum?
Yes. We provide lesson objectives, suggested activities, and assessment materials. You bring your teaching expertise.
